The customer specifies requirements such as the application scenario, performance indicators, and dimensions of the iron core.
Scheme Design And Quotation
Design the material and structure scheme of the iron core according to the requirements, provide drawings and models, calculate the electromagnetic performance, losses, and costs, and conduct a feasibility assessment.
Contract Signing And Advance Payment
After both parties confirm the scheme and quotation, they sign the contract. The customer pays a 30%-50% advance payment to start production.
