① Technical design fee: charged based on customization complexity (accounting for 5% -12% of the total cost), basic parameter adjustment (such as voltage and power adaptation) is about 3000-8000 US dollars, and complex system development (such as intelligent monitoring module integration and explosion-proof structure design) is about 12000-30000 US dollars. A detailed list of design solutions can be provided;
② Material cost: Calculated based on the actual selection of component brands and materials (such as Schneider circuit breakers being 15% -20% higher than conventional brands, and 304 stainless steel boxes being 25% higher than cold-rolled steel plates), bulk customization (≥ 50 units) can enjoy 8% -15% material discounts;
③ Production and testing costs: including special process costs (such as anti-corrosion coating+$800-1500/unit, IP67 protection level processing+$1200-2000/unit), and the cost of triple testing (short circuit/temperature rise/voltage resistance) before leaving the factory is already included in the basic quotation and does not require additional payment;
④ Quotation mechanism: After providing a demand list (including equipment types, parameters, and certification requirements), a detailed quotation will be issued within 48 hours, indicating the cost of each item and preferential policies (such as an overall 8% reduction in customization fees for annual purchases exceeding $1 million). After confirming the plan, a 30% advance payment will be charged, and the final payment will be made after production is completed and accepted as qualified.
